Wage Tax Information
For filing your residency certification form, the Borough of Charleroi Code is Wages (EIT) taxes
are being collected by the Keystone Collections Group

PER CAPITA TAX:
Every resident over 18 years of age.
$5.00 annually to Borough collected by PA Municipal Service.
(school district also assesses $10 annually)
Property Tax Collection
Tax Certification Letter requests should be sent to

PO Box 2, Charleroi, PA 15022
with the following:
- $25.00 fee payable to; Danielle Spano
- $5.00 for each copy of duplicate tax bill
- Self Addressed stamped envelope
- Address of property and parcel number
- Name of seller and proposed buyer (buyer name optional)
Due Dates:
Discount Due By September 30
Face Due By November 30
Penalty Due if paid after November 30
Any unpaid taxes will be liened January 1st
Office Hours
March-June on Friday from 5:00PM - 6:00PM
Appointments must be made for all other days.
Closed all holidays.
